Lady Bird (litter name Birdo) stole Alex & Melissa’s hearts when the Covid stuck litter was whelped at their house. Birds has livened up the old timers and everyone loves her.

We are hopeful that Lady Bird will become a therapy dog in the future and also an emotional support dog for Alex.

Lady Bird is also working on her Trick Dog titles currently and she seems to love to learn new things!

Birds was entered in her first conformation show a few months back and she ended up getting WB/BOS both days for her first 2 points. Melissa then entered her two days at the St. Peter dog show and she went WB/BOS (over a special)/BOBOH on Saturday for a 4pt major and WB on Sunday for another 4pt major. At the Albert Lea dog show Birds ended up going BOB over a special for 2 more points. At Lake Elmo birds went BOB over 4 specials for a 4pt major and finished her Championship!

At the Rochester Kennel Club and the GMSPBHC Specialties Birds was entered as a special in BOB for all 4 events. She ended up with two SB and two BOS, for a total of 20 GCH points, 4 GCH majors and 3 events with CH beat. She is now just 5 pts from her GCH!

We entered one day only at the Coulee KC dog show where Birds took BOB and got her final 5pts needed for her GCH!

Birds and I entered the Minneapolis KC show in November where Saturday she took BOB and went on to a Group 4 and Owner Handled Group 2! Sunday she once again took BOB.
